Insights Pro
Insights is the reporting home for your workspace: work completed, time logged, invoice revenue, and cost rollups, with the same tabbed layout as Time and Invoicing. Amounts use Euro (€) by default unless your team uses another currency.
Overview
Open Insights from the Home hub. The Overview tab shows a workspace pulse: tasks completed, time logged, invoices issued, and paid this month, with quick links into the deeper tabs. Pick a team in the header to scope the numbers.
Work
Work covers throughput and activity: tasks completed, active boards, productivity trends, and recent board activity for the selected period.
Time
The Time tab summarises logged hours for a date range with stacked daily bars and pie charts. Switch the breakdown between billable vs internal, labels, clients, tasks, and boards to see share of time (for example, how much of the period was Documentation). Pair it with Saku Time for day-to-day tracking.
Revenue
Revenue pulls from your invoice ledger: overdue and open balances, issued totals, payments collected, status mix, and top clients. Open Invoicing to draft, send, and collect.
Costs
Costs combines billable time, rates, and direct expenses. Plan and role gates apply. See plans and access. Max teams can include internal cost and margin in exports when enabled.
Board statistics
On any board, open Insights in the toolbar for board statistics: throughput, contributors, label mix, and related metrics. Board Costs (Pro/Max) covers billing tabs and PDF exports, documented under board billing.
