Enable card creation via email in board settings, copy the generated address, and send from an allowed sender. Choose allow-all for simplicity or restrict to approved addresses and domains when you need tighter control.
High-priority email headers can map to card priority when your mail client sends them. Attachments become card attachments so briefs and screenshots stay with the work item.
